ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Brian Ragan
Brian Ragan is the Owner and Principal Strategy Consultant with The Ragan Group. Here, he utilizes expertise in revenue amplification, regression analysis, budgeting, consultative advising, profit maximization, and strategic planning. From start to finish, Brian is involved in optimizing operations, anticipating and solving complex problems, as well as providing continual visibility on progress.
Brian has worked with highly-qualified, cross-functional teams and has experience interfacing with senior leadership, clients, and colleagues in order to foster communication and connection between all parties involved in a given company initiative. You can expect 100% transparency, smooth communication, and operational results when working with Brian.
Previous to helping small businesses grow and excel for the last 12 years, Brian received an M.B.A. in Finance and an M.Sc. in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas, along with a B.B.A. in General Business from the University of North Texas.
